Nick Swayne Agronomist
After graduating from the Royal Agricultural University where I studied Farm Management and Agriculture, I quickly put everything I had learned into practice. I worked in the industry as an arable manager on a large arable enterprise before joining Crop Management Partners.
Having this practical knowledge and experience allows me to really understand the challenges farmers face in these modern changing times. With several years’ worth of hands-on experience with conservation farming and the use of cover crops I am happy to advise clients who wish to go down this route. I enjoy meeting with farmers and discussing as a business what their aims and goals are for the future. Working as part of a team hand in hand with the clients I strive to make their farms as efficient and successful as possible.
